Advion Insect Granular Bait Insecticide is a granular bait used to control cockroaches, earwigs, field crickets, and ants (including tawny crazy ants, but excluding fire, harvester, carpenter, and pharaoh ants). It is applied indoors in crawl spaces, finished and unfinished basements, and attics. Application methods include crack and crevice or void application using a bulb applicator, scatter baiting, perimeter banding, or use in bait stations.

Timing & weather

To control adult mole crickets before they lay eggs, Advion Insect Granular Bait should be applied in the spring.
To control mole crickets nymphs and newly emerged adults, apply Advion Insect Granular Bait in the late summer and fall.
For best results, apply in late afternoon to areas of turfgrass that are infested with mole crickets, show evidence of mole cricket damage or have a history of mole cricket infestation.
If the soil is not moist, then it is important to irrigate before application to bring the mole crickets to the soil surface where exposure to Advion Insect Granular Bait will be maximized.
